Dhaka City, born
during the Moghul Empire and grown with the British rule, is
expanding rapidly. From the beginning of the 20th Century its growth
and latter development is marked with sheer lack of proper and
far-reaching planning. The impact is now being felt at the end of the
century. Dhaka City is undergoing terrific growth phase throughout
the last two decades. In response to the growth the real estate

protection system and necessary amenities to re-define the working
space. The building will have its own architectural splendor, helipad
on the roof top, state-of-the-art business center, modern office
spaces, restaurants etc.
Considering the acute shortage of parking space in the city, the building will have exclusively ten parking floors. It will also have all the characteristics of a technologically smart building, as it shall be earthquake resistant and fully equipped with the most modern fire fighting equipments.

City Centre will not only change the face of Dhaka, it will also incorporate some unique features.
